Arterian Transportes, Lda. is a TVDE operator licensed by the IMT, based in Portugal. These terms govern the relationship between Arterian and TVDE drivers who use our operator services.
Arterian provides TVDE operator services including: TVDE slot provision, document and administrative management, connection to transport platforms (Uber, Bolt), driver support and, where applicable, complementary services such as tax advisory and fleet card.
The driver agrees to: maintain all documentation valid and up to date, comply with applicable TVDE legislation, use transport platforms in accordance with their regulations, communicate any changes to personal data within 5 business days, and make timely payment of the contracted plan.
Plans are billed on a weekly basis. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing period. Failure to pay for more than 7 days may result in service suspension. There is no lock-in period — the driver may cancel or change plans at any time.
Either party may terminate the contract at any time with 7 days' written notice. Arterian reserves the right to immediately suspend the service in case of serious breach, including invalid documentation or fraudulent use of the slot.
Arterian is not liable for: decisions made by transport platforms regarding the driver, accidents or incidents during driving activity, loss of income due to temporary platform unavailability. The driver is solely responsible for their driving activity.
The electric vehicle rental service, when available, is governed by specific conditions agreed between the parties, including car insurance, maintenance and terms of use.
This contract is governed by Portuguese law, namely Law No. 45/2018 (legal regime for individual and paid passenger transport in unmarked vehicles) and other applicable legislation. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the district where Arterian is headquartered.
